A few days ago my mom gave me this job ad she saw in the Korean newspaper... I'm not sure if she fully understands what my master's was in, but bless her heart for still thinking her daughter can do anything :)
Not only do you need to be an established Korean real estate agent, but they would also love it if you had an MBA or law degree.
Also, you need to work independently in a team environment... so they "don't" want you to work well with others?
And what's this about negotiating with landowners and also being "comfortable with your obligations"... sounds like you are being hired to run people off their land so the people of Korea can have more Costco.
But maybe I could be being overly cynical... anyway, I hope they pick me. ;-P
